Mousse of salmon, with silky sauce Nantua.
With preserved dates and almonds, figs and apricots. Bulgur grains.
Creme patissiere-filled choux puffa, whipped cream and raspberry coulis.
Soup and Dessert of the day are included.
Barramundi, potatoes and cream, baked with gruyere. Side salad.
Lamb shoulder stewed in a thick sauce of vegetables, herbs and wine. With riz pilaf.
