An organic egg baked in what the French love best - butter and cream. Truffle paste topping. Dipping croutons.
Slow braised chicken in wine , pork bacon & herbs. Gruyere - mashed potatoes.
Soft meringue floating in a sea of creme anglaise. Hazelnut crunchies.
Soup and Dessert of the day are included.
Barramundi, potatoes and cream, baked with gruyere. Side salad.
