Rosemary and parmesan brioche with inserts of pork ham, bacon and caramelized onions. Bechamel and gruyere toppings.
Slow-cooked ragout of pork, mushrooms and tomatoes. Riz pilaf and green salad.
A layered cake with delicate flavours of strawberry and Yuzu lemon
Soup and Dessert of the day are included.
Turkey ham on white bread, topped with béchame sauce and gruyère. Side salad.
Barramundi, potatoes and cream. Baked with gruyère. Side salad.
Lamb shoulder stewed in thick sauce of vegetables, herbs and wine Riz pilaf.
