Mussels baked in artisanal tomato sauce and garlic butter. Served with crouton.
Lamb shank marinated, braised and served with vegetable and pork bacon ragout, carrot puree and mash potatoes.
Lemon cream tart in a burnt sugar topping, with a meringue cookie.
Soup and Dessert of the day are included.
Duck and vegetable stew baked with mashed potatoes. Side salad.
